We may collect all activity a user has with Snackpass’ products including browsing history, purchase history, search history, or any other interaction with the Snackpass websites or application. We do not collect any data generated from or associated with a user’s interactions with any other company’s products.

We collect your physical location while you are using the application and websites via GPS and IP address

Communications Data

We enable users to communicate with each other and Snackpass through Snackpass’s mobile apps and websites. For example, we enable users, and delivery persons and order recipients, to call, text, or send other files to each other (generally without disclosing their telephone numbers to each other). To provide this service, Snackpass receives some data regarding the calls, texts, or other communications, including the date and time of the communications and the content of the communications. Snackpass may also use this data for customer support services (including to resolve disputes between users), for safety and security purposes, to improve our services and features, and for analytics.


Contacts List

With user permission: We upload users' contacts data to Snackpass’ servers to enable users to discover and connect with their friends that already use Snackpass while the app is in use.



With user permission, user camera may be used to scan credit card information to be stored for purchases. It may also be used to capture profile pictures.


User Content

We collect the data submitted by users when they contact Snackpass customer support, provide ratings or compliments for other users, restaurants or merchants, or otherwise contact Snackpass. This may include feedback, photographs or other recordings collected by users, including audio or video recordings submitted by users in connection with customer support. This also includes metadata relating to the method you use to communicate with Snackpass.
